4. Google Analytics 4 and CookieConsent

This site uses Orest Bida CookieConsent to record your cookie choice. Google Analytics 4 is disabled by default. The Google Analytics script is not requested and analytics cookies are not set unless you explicitly accept Analytics.

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time through Cookie Preferences. Withdrawing consent disables further analytics collection and clears known Google Analytics cookies where possible.

See the cookie policy for categories, cookie names and durations.

5. Sharing and international transfers

Information may be shared where necessary with providers such as hosting, email, accounting, domain registration and specialist contractors. If analytics is accepted, usage information is processed by Google. Some providers may process information outside the UK using appropriate safeguards such as adequacy arrangements or approved contractual clauses.

Information may also be disclosed where required by law, to establish or defend legal rights, or during a genuine business sale or restructuring.

6. How long information is kept

  • General enquiries are normally retained for up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact.
  • Client, contract and financial records may be retained for up to 7 years where needed for tax, accounting or legal purposes.
  • Google Analytics event data is configured for a reasonable retention period and is subject to the settings in the Analytics property.
  • Cookie preferences are normally retained for 6 months.

7. Security

Reasonable measures include HTTPS, security headers, access controls, dependable hosting and limiting access to people who need the information. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure.

8. Your UK GDPR rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, receive certain information in a portable format, withdraw consent and complain to the Information Commissioner's Office. Legal limits can apply and identity may need to be confirmed.

9. Contact and complaints
